 48th Annual Proviso West Holiday Tournament: Let the Show Begin

Christmas is just around the corner and you know what that means. The Proviso West Holiday Tournament is soon to begin.  This year's tournament will begin on Thursday, December 26th and will culminate on Tuesday the 29th.  The tournament will play host to a field of outstanding teams packed with division 1 talent. 

The pool of teams will include defending champions The Whitney Young Dolphins as well as the runner up Homewood Flossmoor Vikings.  Also perennial power Marshall Commandos will be looking to make a statement after losing in the final four to HF in overtime last year.  PW Hoops also welcomes newcomer The Zion-Benton Zee-Bees, who took second place in the 2008 class 8A state finals, to the dance.  The field is rounded out by a plethora of great teams that are sure to make this a tournament to remember.. ...
